Hi, my name is Manie Havenga. I am an South African attorney. I have my own general attorneys practice in partnership with my partner Johan Viljoen.
I prefer to deal with labour related matters, and on this blog I will publish certain discussions about relevant labour related issues. The aim is to give a general overview of the current position of the law regarding the particular subject matter, and it should not be regarded as free legal advice. Every particular case will have to be decided on its own merits.

I realise that face to face meetings will not always be possible due to the fact that you may not live of work within my area.
